CombiniCafé Barista (16+hrs / week)

We are looking for an experienced and energetic barista to join our growing team. CombiniCafé aims to combine superior quality coffee and tea with our extremely high-standard of customer service. The barista is a key part of helping us provide this experience to our customers. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate Combini and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for baristas who are well presented, self disciplined and always looking to improve

Responsibilities include:

  • Producing and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages

  • Adhering to recipes and presentations for beverage items

  • Maintaining a clean and presentable workstation at all times

  • Being punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance

  • Contributing to a positive team environment

CombiniCafé is scheduled to open at the beginning of May. 16 hours per week are expected as a minimum. The initial hourly wage will be £8 plus perks. Deadline for submission is 15 April 2019.


St Andrews Production Leader (40-45 hrs / week)

We are looking for a diligent and responsible full-time staff member to help lead our production team. Combini's Production Team is responsible for making sure that all products are available to our customers at all times, while maintaining our extremely high standard for quality and appearance. Experience in the food industry is not required, but it can be helpful. The Production Leader will have the additional responsibility of meeting quota expectations, organising the kitchen and supervising our stock management systems. The work environment is both friendly and fast-paced.

Production shifts typically begin at 7am and end at 4pm.

A production leader would be required to:

  • Be willing to learn in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Have a passion for Combini's products, flavours and roots.

  • Be willing to enrol in a Combini-funded Food Safety basic qualification (2 hours to complete).

  • Commit to at least 40 hours per week.
