2. USING OUR WEBSITE
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the website.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website from time to time.
3. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We aim to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, website content may change from time to time.
Menus, prices, opening hours, products and availability may change without notice.
If you require confirmation of information before visiting one of our locations or placing an order, please contact us at hello@combinico.com.
4. PRODUCTS AND FOOD INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.
Product photographs are provided for illustration. Packaging, colours and presentation may vary from photographs shown online, particularly where manufacturers update their packaging.
For food products, relevant product pages will provide applicable food information, including ingredients and allergen information, before an order is placed. Required food information will also be provided with the product at delivery where required by law.
Ingredients and manufacturing processes may change. You should always check the information provided on the product packaging before consuming a product.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please carefully review the allergen and ingredient information provided for the relevant product before ordering and again when the product is received.
If you have any uncertainty about a product or its allergens, please contact us before consuming it.
Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations under applicable food-safety or food-information law.
5. PLACING AN ORDER
When online ordering is available, products may be added to your basket and purchased through our online checkout.
Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review your order and correct errors.
By submitting an order using a button indicating an obligation to pay, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
After you submit an order, we will send you an electronic confirmation.
A contract between you and CombiniCo is formed when we accept your order. If we are unable to accept an order, we will notify you and any payment taken for that order will be refunded.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is unavailable to your location, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown on our website are in the currency displayed at checkout and include UK VAT where applicable.
Our UK VAT Registration Number is GB287752159.
Any delivery charges will be shown before you submit your order.
You must pay using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted except where required by law or where there has been an obvious pricing error.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
We may deliver products to countries outside the United Kingdom where international delivery is offered at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless we expressly state at checkout that such charges are included in the amount you pay to us, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges.
You are also responsible for ensuring that products you order may lawfully be imported into and received in your destination country.
International delivery may be affected by customs procedures and other matters outside our reasonable control.
8. DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided when the order is placed. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is complete and accurate.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
For UK consumers, we will deliver goods without undue delay and, unless another delivery period has been agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
9. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
The following cancellation rights apply to consumers purchasing online in the United Kingdom.
If you change your mind about an eligible product purchased online, you have the right to cancel your contract without giving a reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If one order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the last of those goods is received.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.
You can do this by emailing:
You may also use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms, although you are not required to use it.
10. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED FOLLOWING A CHANGE OF MIND
The statutory right to cancel does not apply in certain circumstances.
This includes:
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and
• goods that have been supplied sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, where they are then unsuitable for return.
Accordingly, shelf-stable food products that remain unopened and otherwise qualify for the statutory cancellation right may be returned in accordance with these Terms.
However, you should not open food or other sealed products that you intend to return under your change-of-mind cancellation right where opening them would make them unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected.
11. RETURNING GOODS AFTER CANCELLATION
If you exercise your statutory right to cancel, you must return the relevant eligible goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you told us that you were cancelling.
Returns should be sent to:
CombiniCo Ltd., 91 South Street, St. Andrews, Fife, KY16 9QW, United Kingdom
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or we have otherwise agreed to pay the return cost, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to us.
You should take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
We may make a deduction from a refund for any reduction in the value of goods caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
12. REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the eligible returned products.
For UK consumers, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that option.
We will make the refund without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after:
• the day we receive the returned goods; or
• if earlier, the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that they have been returned.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
13. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please include your order number and details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs or return the affected product.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Where we are legally responsible for the cost of returning faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs.
14. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect orders already validly accepted.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual-property rights in this website and its content, including text, photography, graphics, logos, branding and design, are owned by or licensed to CombiniCo Ltd.
You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use our website content without our prior written permission except where permitted by law.
16. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our website may contain links to websites, social-media platforms or other services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
17. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We are not responsible for business losses suffered by consumers, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption, where products are purchased solely for private and personal use.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory rights.
18. PRIVACY
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which is available through the footer of this website.
19. CONSUMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer-protection laws in the country where you live may provide rights in addition to, or different from, the rights described in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version that applies to an order will generally be the version in force when the order is placed.
The latest version will be published on this page with the date it was last updated.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which you live.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
